Our mandate
We work with developers, institutional investors, governments, and multilateral lenders to bring bankable renewable energy projects to financial close. Our practice spans utility-scale solar, wind, battery storage (BESS), and green hydrogen — the four verticals reshaping the global power sector.
With more than two decades of finance and strategic advisory experience, our team specialises in complex, multi-source capital structures: senior project debt, DFI concessional tranches, blended finance, mezzanine, and equity syndication.
How we work
- Full-cycle project finance advisory — from financial model and lender package through common-terms negotiation and drawdown.
- DFI coordination — direct engagement with IFC, IDB Invest, CAF, DFC, FMO, Proparco, DEG, and BNDES.
- PPA structuring — bankable long-term offtake with utilities, C&I buyers, and government counterparties.
- Cross-border capital raising — matching Latin American, US, and South African projects with institutional and DFI investors globally.
